We source from food donations and our organic local farm, “Little Portion Farm”.
Creating menus seasonally based on the harvest from our farm and the donations from local supporters. The kitchen is staffed by volunteers and community employees.
“Little Portion Farm”, is a ministry of the Franciscan Friars Conventual focused on providing fresh food to those in need while using sustainable farming methods to restore the health of our land.

On a typical day 400 to 600 people visit the Franciscan Center to enjoy a healthy prepared meal created from farm fresh ingredients.
Inside “Clare’s Kitchen” the culinary team provides a nutritious meal Monday thru Friday and on Tuesday & Wednesday nights.
